In the Italian spirit of blending (a favourite hobby of Papa Greblo), here Nebbiolo is blended with a local Sangiovese and our estate CabSav in a 70/10/20 ratio. The result is a wine with savoury, complex flavours. The grippy Nebbiolo tannins are there, softened by the cherry notes of the Sangiovese. A lighter-bodied red, still packed with flavour.
